Overview
RoutVia ("we", "us") provides operations software for transportation companies. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and mobile apps at routvia.app.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, business name, and workspace settings you provide at signup.
- Operational data — leads, contacts, messages, appointments, and custom fields you enter in your workspace.
- Integration data — when you connect third-party services (e.g. Google Calendar, Square), we store tokens and sync metadata required to provide those features.
- Location data — if you enable fleet location sharing for drivers, we process location updates associated with your organization.
- Device and usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser or app user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the service, authenticate users, sync integrations, send transactional email, improve product reliability, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security per organization. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access is limited to authorized team members and subprocessors required to run the service.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (auth and database), Vercel (hosting), and optional integrations you connect (Google, Microsoft, Square, Stripe, etc.). Each integration is subject to that provider's privacy policy.
Your choices
You may update account settings, disconnect integrations, export operational data, or request account deletion from Settings or by contacting support.
